MPD: Mobile man surrenders after shooting driver in car

On May 4, a Mobile man was arrested for allegedly shooting another man on Gorgas Street in Mobile. The suspect, 56-year-old Terry Bernard Rawls, turned himself in at the Mobile Metro Jail following the incident. The Mobile Police Department issued a news release detailing the events of the shooting, which took place on May 4.
