Judge finds probable cause against suspect in Nakita Davidson case

Cedric Robertson was in court for a preliminary hearing regarding the capital murder and kidnapping case of his now-deceased girlfriend, Nakita Davidson. The hearing took place in Birmingham, Alabama, where Judge William Bell Junior found probable cause to believe that Robertson was involved in the charged crimes. The Birmingham Police Department reported that Davidson’s body was discovered in the back of her 2008 Saturn Outlook in Southwest Birmingham on April 12.
