Ex-Atlanta Police Officer Believed He Was Joining a 'Gay Fraternity' Before Shooting and Killing Lyft Driver

A former Atlanta Police Department officer was arrested this week for allegedly shooting and killing his Lyft driver in a disturbing incident. Koby Minor, the ex-officer, claimed that the driver was “in a gay fraternity and was trying to recruit” him.
