West Springfield resident convicted of illegal firearm possession

William Hennessey, a 31-year-old man from West Springfield, was recently found guilty of illegal possession of a firearm after a road rage incident on May 7, 2020, involving a minivan and a truck. The incident began when a truck allegedly forced a minivan to pull over. Hennessey was a passenger in the minivan at the time. Later that day, the passengers of the minivan encountered the same truck at a convenience store parking lot.
