Police in Troy arrest suspect for drug possession and seize fentanyl

Eric Fox, a man from Troy, was arrested and charged with multiple counts of criminal possession of controlled substances after police found a significant amount of illegal drugs in his car during a court-ordered search on Tuesday, May 21. The search resulted in the discovery of over 1,000 bags of cocaine, heroin, and fentanyl pills. The 50-year-old suspect now faces charges including three counts of third-degree criminal possession of controlled substances with intent to sell, one count of first-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and two counts of general criminal possession of a controlled substance.
