Woman from Ballston Spa faces charges under Leandra's Law

Haley Czwakiel, a 27-year-old woman from Ballston Spa, found herself in legal trouble after being arrested and charged with Leandra’s Law on Tuesday night following a crash in the town of Ballston. The incident occurred around 9:10 on Saratoga Road, where Czwakiel was pulled over by law enforcement officers.
