Russian spy denies accusation of conspiracy

A sixth individual, Tihomir Ivanov Ivanchev, 38, believed to be a Bulgarian national residing in Acton, west London, has entered a plea of not guilty to the charge of conspiring to engage in espionage in the United Kingdom. Ivanchev is alleged to have collaborated with a suspected Russian spy ring to gather information that could undermine the safety and interests of the state, offering support to Russia in carrying out hostile interference.
