Man from Watervliet pleads guilty to selling firearms without a license

Sean Patrick, a 45-year-old man from Watervliet, New York, has recently pleaded guilty to illegally dealing firearms without a license. The U.S. Attorney’s Office announced that Patrick could face a maximum sentence of five years in prison. This comes after Patrick admitted to constructing and selling four semi-automatic handguns without serial numbers between 2021 and 2022.
