Free World Health Day wellness fair open to the public
The Ministry of Health and Wellness and the Pan American Health Organization will be hosting a Wellness Fair on April 6th at the Barbados Defence Force's Mobile Field Hospital. This event aims to address the rising challenge of noncommunicable diseases, including cancer, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and chronic respiratory disease. The fair will take place from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM and is in celebration of World Health Day, which falls on April 7.
